At Maple Court Academy, Nursery is where the children’s learning journey begins, by inspiring the lives of young children to achieve their dreams. In Nursery, we learn the basics together. This includes making new friends, meeting new teachers, learning to share, creating new routines and most importantly, we learn how to be one big family at Nursery.  Here in the Nursery, we do lots of learning through playing indoors and outdoors, we have lots of wonderful experiences and opportunities which means we have lots to learn about and lots of memories to make.  Â
At Maple Court, we are proud to show the MAPLE values at all times.

For the final topic of the year, we will be exploring what life is like at the beach and what happens beyond land, into the deep, blue sea. This includes learning how we can look after our environment. We will have a big focus on summer during this topic and discuss different holidays and journeys that you may go on. We will also celebrate Father’s Day and be preparing the children for their transition into Reception.  Â
Maple Court Academy uses Class Dojo as a way of communicating with parents.  Â
For any help or assistance with using Dojo, please speak to a member of the Nursery team who will be more than happy to help!  Â
At Maple Court, we create an environment based upon trust and respect that is a safe, secure and happy place for children to learn, grow and develop.
